Dive into a weekend of self-discovery, balance, and empowerment through the lens of yogic science. Explore the Gunas (qualities of nature), Nadis (energy channels), and the wisdom of the Yamas and Niyamas while integrating modern nervous system regulation practices. This immersive experience includes energizing and calming yoga classes, deep reflective work, and actionable insights for transformation.
Theme: Exploring the Gunas ( The Gunas are considered the primary dynamic forces of Nature, as they represent the principles of activity and dynamism (rajas), inertia (tamas), and harmony (sattva)
Duration: 8 hours (including breaks and meals)

Strong Yoga Class: Energizing Rajas (75 minutes)

Breathwork: Nadi Shodhana and Kapalabhati (30 minutes)

This weekend workshop is designed to help participants embody their inner power through the wisdom of yogic science and neuroscience. By balancing dynamic and calming practices, attendees will leave feeling aligned, empowered, and equipped for a lifelong journey of transformation.
Ruby opened me up figuratively and literally in a series of one-to-one yoga sessions across about 18 months. During our sessions (and outwith) I felt that she was focused on me and had a real compassion for me. There was so much more to our time together than the 90 minutes of yoga practice. The time that Ruby took before and after our sessions to hear me and advise me led eventually into some 3 months of formal coaching. I would describe that coaching as being formative for the many positive changes that I have achieved during and since that time.
