Guiding people and helping them connect with their calling has always been my biggest passion. Whether I'm connecting with my clients through coaching, astrology readings or yoga classes, intuition and alignment are the guiding force in all my endeavours.
I'm a lover of the written and spoken word and find inspiration in connecting with my students, clients and readers while at the same time aiming to instil motivation and inspiration in those who work with me.
After completing my 200hr Traditional Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at The Practice Bali I've been teaching private 1:1 yoga classes in London and abroad.
As a Counselling Practitioner & Life Coach certified by Achology my goal is to support and guide you on your journey to achieve your highest potential and live your life rooted in trust and the knowing that whatever obstacles are presented to you, they are a chance to grow, evolve and enrich your life.
My online courses are an extension of of my Astrology & life coaching practice that I started to reach and help more people.
My coaching sessions are infused with spiritual principles and my experience as an entrepreneur and marketing expert. I started working in marketing in the early 2000s and set up my boutique agency Nouvelle Boheme in 2007.
My lifelong love for Astrology supports all my teachings. Over the last 25 years I studied the movements of the planets and their energetic potential intensively. I offer a variety of readings for individuals and couples.
As an avid traveller, I've been roaming the world on my own and in company for over 20 years. The gained experiences from and through those travels inform my work as a yoga teacher, coach and astrologer.
