Private Yoga Classes
My private yoga classes and retreats are available for everyone including beginners.
My aim is to offer the highest standard of yoga teaching in the comfort of your own home or at any desired location in Nice and around the Cote d'Azur. My regular yoga classes include a pranayama (breathing) exercise and a (short) mediation. However, I adapt each class to the student's needs.
My teaching style is unpretentious and informal, but intentional and discerning. We will definitely have a laugh and move through challenging poses with humour and a smile.
This practice will help you cultivate a steady awareness and trust in the self-healing capabilities of your body and mind.

Ruby opened me up figuratively and literally in a series of one-to-one yoga sessions across about 18 months. During our sessions (and outwith) I felt that she was focused on me and had a real compassion for me. There was so much more to our time together than the 90 minutes of yoga practice. The time that Ruby took before and after our sessions to hear me and advise me led eventually into some 3 months of formal coaching. I would describe that coaching as being formative for the many positive changes that I have achieved during and since that time.
