Welcome to MEDITATE

This 7-Day Workshop consists of 7 guided meditations to calm your mind, develop trust and self-love, increase your manifestation power and improve your sleep.


These meditations are potent and powerful, yet very accessible. Most people find it helpful to practice guided meditations, particularly when they’re first starting out on their mediation journey.


Practicing for only 5 -10 minutes every day can help you experience the full benefits of meditation for yourself.


However, it doesn’t matter if you’re new to meditation or have been practicing different meditation styles on and off for years, these guided meditations will help develop a consistent routine and deepen your practice & connection with self.

I specifically designed this series to help you create consistency in every part of your day-to-day life. 


This meditation course focuses on a different theme each day:


Day 1 : Heal your Body Meditation 

Day 2:  Calm your Mind - De-Stress Meditation

Day 3: Self-Love Meditation

Day 4: Develop Trust in Yourself - Inner Child Meditation

Day 5: Love & Partnership Meditation

Day 6: Wealth & Abundance Meditation

Day 7: Better Sleep Meditation


You can repeat these meditations as often as you want and in any order. You don’t have to stick to one meditation per day. If you feel called to practice twice or more, follow that inner guidance. It is very likely that you will discover one or two favourites. These areas of your life may need more focus and you will benefit from repeating the meditation regularly/daily. Remember, consistency is everything. Carve out 5 - 10 minutes of your day to experience the full benefits.


I recommend practicing first thing in the morning or early in the day, before you check your emails and social media accounts.

In sleep, momentum stops. When you wake up in the morning you get momentum going again and choose the direction your day will go by following the momentum of your first thoughts and feelings. Make sure those thoughts and feelings have your best interests “in mind”. 

These meditations will help you start your day on the right foot.
