I’m so happy you decided to go on the journey to get to know your inner child on a deeper level and step into your power, your calling and your divine purpose.

In this is my most foundational course, the basis & foundation to all my other work.

This course I will guide you through hypnosis (visualisation) meditations, sound healing, lectures, journal prompts and affirmations.

Every Module comes with a video lecture, where we take a deeper look at each human development stage based on the chakra system. 

Each one of the seven main chakras describes a stage in the life cycle.

On a quantum level we are all energy consciousness. The chakras are energy ‘wheels’ (energy centres) in the body relating to the consciousness development on the human plane.

Each stage relates to a different element, goal, identity stage, orientation and central theme.

There are journal prompts for each module/meditation and I highly recommend using them each time you revisit the module. I also recommend free writing your thoughts (give it at least 1 page) every morning (and evening, if you can). 

Free writing teaches you to trust your intuition and experience of the world. It separates you from your thoughts and feelings and allows you to observe them. 

You are becoming the “observer” of your thoughts, ideas and feelings and that way you detach yourself and get a broader perspective.

You can go through the course in whichever way you like, though my recommendation would be to keep at least 3 days between each module. 

I would suggest to allow seven weeks to complete the course and go through it again annually.

That way you give yourself time to integrate whatever came up for you in a module. 

However, we are not in school anymore so trust your internal guidance and go through the course in your own pace.

• Chakra 1: Be Unapologetically YOU: Live from a place of integrity and trust. Show and be all of you. You came here for a reason and with a purpose. Know that it is safe to be here. We need you

• Chakra 2: Own Your Desires: Let go of the guilt of what you want in life and from life. Decide and declare what you want and what you get to have. Trust your senses and feelings.

• Chakra 3: Step Into Your Power with Confidence and Certainty: Trust your internal guidance and take inspired action. Know your worth. Move ahead with confidence and conviction.

• Chakra 4: Compassion and Boundaries: Give what you have to give, but know your boundaries. Declare what you allow and are available for - in life and in your relationships. The 4th chakra is known as the rainbow bridge, where we connect the physical with the universal; it's where the magic truly happens. The world around you realigns as you state your conviction and your boundaries. Forgive and let go with intention. 

• Chakra 5: Speak Your Truth As You Know It: Authentic communication and sharing your heart and soul with the humans. Embracing radical honesty in every area. Sharing and attracting what you want in life from an aligned place.

• Chakra 6: Clarity &  Intuitive Guidance: Let go of control and the attachment to the outcome. Let your intuition guide the way.

• Chakra 7: Elevate Your Life: Open up to universal support and guidance in the process of expanding your personal and professional world. Be an abundant vessel.
